Based on a WindowsLatest report, the Surface Pro 9 is rumoured to launch in both a 5G enabled and WiFi only variants.

The new Surface Pro will reportedly start from 128GB model, but will also come in a 256GB, 512Gb, and 1TB storage configuration. Similarly, memory options include 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB of RAM. In other words, the top-end 1TB model will be paired with 32GB of RAM. It is believed that the 5G enabled Surface Pro 9 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 chipset, while another variant will use Intel’s latest 12th Gen CPU.

Unfortunately, finer details regarding the Surface Pro 9 is still unknown. However, if it is at all similar to the previous generation. Meaning, same as the Surface Pro 8, it could feature a display around 13 inch that has a 2880 x 1920 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The FCC certification also showcases Qualcomm’s Smart Transmit 3.0, which brings the Snapdragon X70 modem that brings 5G connectivity and improve uplink speeds.
