Huawei MateBook 14 2022 is here with improved specs!


Huawei has today officially announced the launch of a new non-touchscreen version of the MateBook 14 laptop which is priced at $847.


The laptop features a 14-inch display that offers a screen resolution support of 2160 x 1440 pixels along with a 100% sRGB color gamut and a 3:2 aspect ratio.


Under the hood, the device is powered by the 11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, coupled with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. In the software department, the laptop is running the Microsoft Windows 11 operating system.


It comes with support for a fingerprint sensor which is embedded into the power button, one USB-C port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device is powered by a 56Wh battery which the company claims supports 65W fast charging and has also included a USB-C power adaptor.


The Huawei MateBook 14 Non-Touchscreen Edition is now up for pre-order in the Chinese market for the price of 5,399 yuan (~$847). It comes in Silver and Gray color options and will be officially available for purchase in China from 17th April.
